The Hub was created in response to a gap many communities have not yet addressed: people impacted by the justice system often need more than one service, one referral, or one appointment to move forward.

Housing, employment, mental health support, identification, transportation, and daily needs all affect a person’s ability to to navigate what comes next. The Hub brings these supports together in one welcoming place, with onsite staff and trusted community partners available to help people take the next step.

This model gives individuals and families a clearer place to start, while helping strengthen the broader community.
